  • 1 pound ground beef 80% lean
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup almond flour
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 large zucchini halved and sliced
