Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup riced cauliflower
  • Salt and pepper
  • 8 ounces boneless salmon fillet
  • ¼ cup almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons minced red onion
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil

  • Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat, then cook the cauliflowerfor 5 minutes until tender – season with salt and
