Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 8 ounces boneless chicken thighs chopped
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4 cups fresh spring greens
  • 1 cup sliced avocado
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
